With the Los Angeles Lakers first preseason game not until Oct. 4 in Hawaii, there is plenty of optimism for the future of the franchise. After suffering the worst win percentage in franchise history, Kobe Bryant and Julius Randle return from their season-ending injuries and there is buzz surrounding the young backcourt duo of D’Angelo Russell and Jordan Clarkson.
