Lakers veteran point guard Steve Nash co-hosted a special soccer event for the match-up between USA vs. Korea. The event took place at the StubHub center in Carson, CA and the honored guests were welcomed by Steve Nash and LA Galaxy players, AJ DeLaGarza and Charlie Rugg. The celebration last weekend included a private jet from San Francisco to Los Angeles, a buffet from The Grilled Cheese Truck, and private exclusive seats to the game at the Stub Hub Center.

The one-of-a-kind experience also gave the guests an opportunity to showcase their soccer skills with Steve Nash. Members of the Beck & Score experience were able to pass the ball around with the two-time MVP during their pregame festivities.

Steve Nash is known for his undying passion for the sport of soccer and he wanted to continue his off-time service with the sport he loves. Although he didn’t make the cut, Nash still prides himself to share his time with the community that loves the sport as much as he does.
