Steve Nash Shares 1996 Draft Class Bond with Kobe Bryant

It’s always easy to look back 15 years later and say whether or not a certain player or draft pick worked out. Now, it’s a rather obvious consensus that the 1996 NBA Draft class is one of the best in NBA history. Still, many of those players have long since retired.

A few players from that famed draft class are still making their rounds in the NBA, and two of them are now members of the Lakers. Steve Nash discussed the importance of coming into the league with Kobe Bryant back in 1996, and how that played a role in his decision to join Bryant and the Lakers.
