The Reggie Jackson sweepstakes has been going on all season long with it seeming like a foregone conclusion the point guard would be headed elsewhere before the NBA trade deadline.

After all the trade speculation, it appears official Jackson will be headed to Detroit, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports:

Leading up to the NBA trade deadline on Thursday, all the speculation surrounding Jackson had the up-and-comer headed to the Brooklyn Nets in a deal involving Brook Lopez. Both teams have been talking about a deal centered on Lopez coming to Oklahoma City for quite some time, but neither side was able to agree upon a deal.

Veteran Kendrick Perkins is also apart of the three-way deal with Oklahoma City, via Wojnarowski:

Along with Perkins, Enes Kanter and Kyle Singler players changing teams in this deal. Kanter and Singler will head to Oklahoma City while Perkins suits up for the Utah Jazz and Jackson replaces the injured Brandon Jennings in Detroit.
