On the heels of multiple excerpts released from Phil Jackson’s upcoming book, Eleven Rings: The Soul of Success (available Tuesday), Kobe Bryant announced his desire to write his own book. This is not too surprising considering all the debate and talk that followed the leaked content of Phil Jackson’s take on the Kobe versus Jordan subject.

When Kobe Bryant talks (or types in the case of social media), people listen. I can only imagine what the anticipation and excitement would be if and hopefully when the Mamba does put his own thoughts, opinions and experiences on paper for his fans and the basketball world to read.
