5. Jerry West 60-foot buzzer beater vs. New York Knicks: April 29, 1970 (NBA Finals)

With the Lakers down by two, the ball was going to be in the hands of Jerry West. With about two seconds remaining, West threw-up a prayer from 60-feet and drained it.

It was a great basket from one of the greatest to ever play the game. Even though it was well beyond three-point territory, in 1970 it was only considered a two-pointer, which tied up the game.

4. Kobe Bryant 3-Point 2nd OT Buzzer Beater vs. Portland Trail Blazers: April 14, 2004

With the Lakers trailing by two against the Trail Blazers, the Lakers needed a miracle shot with only a second remaining. The ball was obviously coming to Kobe Bryant, and it did.

As soon as the ball touched his hands he shot the ball. With a high-arcing shot, the buzzer going off, Kobe hit the shot. The Lakers win! Thanks once again to the Black Mamba.
