VIDEO: Kobe Bryant Calls The Kobe Prelude IV “Pure Joy”

After revealing the Kobe Prelude III last week, Nike introduced the latest shoe in the Kobe Prelude Pack — Kobe Prelude IV. While the previous shoe represented Bryant losing in the 2008 NBA Finals to the Boston Celtics, the latest one represents Kobe winning his fourth championship and first Finals MVP award.

After winning three straight championships early in his career, it took Bryant seven seasons before winning his fourth ring and first without Shaquille O’Neal. With Bryant describing the shoe as “pure joy,” it was also the first low-cut basketball shoe available.
