VIDEO: Kobe Bryant Stars In World Cup Commercial For Panini

Kobe Bryant has always been a life long soccer fan and growing up in Italy, undoubtedly had an impact on that. With the World Cup just weeks away, Bryant has upped his support for the event.

Teaming up with Panini, Bryant appeared in a World Cup commercial talking about his previous experiences with soccer. Kobe talks about how his dribbling, passing, and shooting in soccer translated over to his illustrious basketball career.

Bryant has attended a number of soccer events this past year, posting pictures with the likes of Neymar, Dani Alves, and Mario Ballotelli. More recently, he tweeted out a picture of shirts saying Nike FC, the company’s soccer side of operations.

The ad turns out to be a sticker collection promotion for the upcoming World Cup in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Bryant has also been featured in numerous Nike Soccer advertisements and recently starred in a commercial alongside soccer mega-star Lionel Messi.
