VIDEO: Nick Young’s Baseline Dunk Was The Play Of The Night

Sunday Night’s loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves wasn’t fun to watch as Kevin Love and Kevin Martin got hot early and built a lead the Lakers couldn’t chip away. The Wolves jumped out to a 47-23 first quarter lead, and didn’t look back as they snapped their 22-game losing streak to the Lakers.

There was, at the very least, on bright spot from last night’s game, and that was Nick Young’s baseline dunk. After a Steve Blake P&R with Chris Kaman went nowhere, Blake dribbled out to the corner and gave the ball to Young. Corey Brewer and Kevin Martin were a bit confused on who was guarding Young on the switch, and Young took full advantage with a nasty baseline jam.
